Mr. George El-kaseeh is a Research Engineer at the Petroleum Recovery Research Center and the lead of the ISOG group. He spent 20 years in the oil and gas industry with Schlumberger that included onshore and offshore operations in the Gulf of Mexico and international. During his tenure with Schlumberger, he held several technical and management positions: Geophysicist, technical team lead, operations manager and regional manager. He has extensive experience in field geophysics, seismic data processing, and multiple aspects of field operations.

Jean-Lucien is the Technical Outreach Specialist at PRRC. He is responsible for designing materials and participating in outreach for various reasearch projects, and manages the PRRC websites. He holds a M.Sc. in Geology from the University of Montpellier and a Master of Mining Eng. from the Ales school of mine in France.

Martha Cather works with the Industry Service and Outreach group. She earned her B.S. and M.S. degrees in Geology from the University of Texas at Austin. Her research interests include looking at the effects of brine composition on wettability of reservoir rocks to petrographic analysis of rocks from a number of different oil and gas fields, and reservoir characterization of various formations.
